so counting calories is paying off. hot sexy mama is returning. it's nice to know that it's within my own power to control my weight. before i had no idea how many calories i was consuming and now, after monitoring them, i'm aware that i was not losing weight because i was over consuming calories like crazy. add in some exercise and i should be able to drop it like it's hot soon!
